Cleaning And Polishing

This is my cleaning/polishing setup. I clean off light rust and
grime using a 8 inch wire wheel, mounted on a 1 HP, 3450 RPM motor.
The speed helps prolong the life of the brush, as the wire in the
brush does not bend as much at high speed. The horsepower allows me
to push into the brush and clean quickly.
I polish stuff on a 3/4 HP Baldor grinder, where I have a 8 inch
Norton Bear-Tex
fine polishing wheel mounted. With a little experience, I can do a simple cleaning
and polishing job in one minute.
