Sorry for so many pictures. The first 20 pictures depict pads for mounting axle hangers, with axle hangers welded to them. Each pad with hanger is first shown as a whole, and then each side is photographed, making five photographs for each pad with hanger. Pads are made from 2x2x1/4" steel angle from McMaster, and axle hanger kit was shipped to me with the trailer axle.
All welds attaching axle hangers to pads, were performed in flat position by mounting the pads in a vise. That's why they look so good, they were easy in position welds.
