I made a portable grinding center (table) from an old kitchen cabinet that we no longer needed. On top of it, I have all the pieces for doing "dirty stuff" such as a cheap Chinese made chop saw, a grinder (Baldor 1/2 HP single phase grinder), a wet knife grinder, and a vise.
This table also serves as a base for my mini welding table.
