Here I am showing pictures of two kinds of unsweetened chocolate. One is Hershey unsweetened chocolate, and another is Baker's unsweetened chocolate. Hershey is more tasty, but Baker's is also quite good. Hershey contains "chocolate" only as its ingredient, and Baker's also contains "milk solids". (which I interpret as butter)
