This is a French made motor that I am trying to reverse. I believe that this is a capacitor start, capacitor run motor, as described in this page on induction single phase motors.
This motor is 1 HP, 112 RPM output.
I want to use this motor to make a meat grinder, by buying this Harbor Freight #32 meat grinder and making a straight shaft coupling.
